Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Portfolio Leadership

• Own and govern the plant automation transformation roadmap for Solutions and Sets.
• Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of automation, digital, line efficiency, labor productivity, and process simplification opportunities.
• Drive automation initiatives from concept and business case through design, build, validation, deployment, adoption, and sustainment.
  
  

Program Governance and Execution

• Set clear governance, execution cadence, decision rights, milestones, risks, and escalation paths for automation projects.
• Provide concise leadership updates on project progress, technical readiness, financial impact, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
  
  

Business Case and Benefit Realization

• Develop automation business cases, capital requests, resource plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with Finance and functional owners to validate savings, ROI, payback, capacity impact, and benefit realization.
• Ensure automation benefits are measurable, auditable, sustained, and embedded into standard work.
  
  

Cross-Functional Leadership and Change Enablement

• Align Operations, Engineering, Quality, Validation, EHS, Finance, Procurement, Planning and Fulfilment, IT/OT, and external partners to deliver the automation roadmap.
  
  

Qualification / Education

To include the education that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field; advanced degree, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or automation certification preferred.

• 8+ years of manufacturing, automation, engineering, operations, or supply chain experience.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional automation or transformation programs.
• Proven track record delivering automation-enabled productivity, quality, capacity, labor efficiency, or cost improvements.
