We are seeking a Program Trainee to support regional program operations and coordination across Start2 Asia. In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Director and program teams to assist in organizing activities, coordinating projects, and supporting the effective execution of regional initiatives.

As a Program Trainee, you will contribute to a range of operational and strategic tasks, including supporting process improvement projects, consolidating best practices across program teams, and assisting with research on startup ecosystem trends. You will also help coordinate regional activities and knowledge-sharing initiatives, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic startup ecosystem while maintaining strong organizational and process management skills. You will interact with internal teams and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, helping ensure that regional programs are well-coordinated and executed effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support Director in organising and coordinating regional activities and special projects
  • Document progress of process improvement projects and follow-up with relevant teams on their action plan
  • Support with researching on regional startup ecosystem trends and create and update powerpoint presentations
  • Consolidate best practices and learnings from program teams
  • Support regional Director in coordinating monthly share & learn meetings
  • Provide support to teams when necessary to ensure that program teams incorporate best practices
  • Support program teams in executing projects when needed
  • Operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

  • Background in business administration or management or have taken business or entrepreneurship modules
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An eye for design, flair for writing, detail-oriented
  • Creative mindset
  • Team player and able to work with teams with diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Confident and able to work independently with little supervision
  • •Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to continuously learn and improve
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

Skills Required

  • Able to use Microsoft office software particularly excel and powerpoint.
  • Proficient in using Notion, Hubspot software and other AI programming software.
