We are seeking a Program Trainee to support the Corporate Innovation program and EIC programs and other adhoc startup programs, as assigned by the Regional Director. The candidate may also be required to support the Regional Director with special projects such as the roll-out of Airtable and coordinating with the program teams in Asia on reporting requirements from Global.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic startup ecosystem while maintaining strong organizational and process management skills. You will interact with internal teams and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, helping ensure that regional programs are well-coordinated and executed effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
For Corporate Innovation and EIC programs:
- Support program team with all aspects of the program from scouting of startups to planning of the program schedule and post-program reporting.
- Track program milestones, feedback and impact metrics.
- Coordinate with program teams, mentors, startups, partners and ecosystem stakeholders for the delivery of the assigned program(s).
- Support program on reporting where necessary and maintain accurate program documentation, schedules and databases.
- Maintain strong relationships with startups.
- Support program team in conducting workshops, webinars, mentoring sessions and networking events.
- Work with marketing team to support promotion and execution of the program and events.
Special projects, tools and systems:
- Support the Regional Director with special projects such as supporting with alumni management activities.
- Work with the program team to support the setup, management and optimization of Airtable databases to streamline program operations.
- Assist in other strategic or ad-hoc projects to enhance program delivery and efficiency, where required.

Skills Required
- Able to use Microsoft office software particularly excel and powerpoint.
- Proficient in using Notion, Hubspot software and other AI programming software.
