- Plan and perform outreach programs and interventions
- Conceptualize, propose and implement programs and activities to reach out or attract
- target groups
- Engage and manage volunteers in conducting programs and mentoring youths
- Cultivate a support network and build working relationships with relevant agencies
- and volunteers to ensure success of programs
- Facilitate intervention work for residents
- Build trust and instill positive values with residents
- Engage, mentor and counsel residents who reject formal activities so as to build
- rapport for future intervention
- Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with residents
- Build and engage social networks to identify opportunities for social services
- targeting youth in particular
- To undertake any other duties specified by Head of Home and/or senior management
Requirements
- Atleast 3 years of Outreach program management experience
- Immediate starter is preferred
