- Position : Program Executive (Manufacturing / Customer Service)
- Location : North East - Tai Seng Drive
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end program execution from planning to delivery in a manufacturing environment
- Convert customer demand and priorities into production plans and monitor build status, output, and material readiness
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, cost estimates, ECN, RMA, and sales-related matters
- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams
- Track shortages, bottlenecks, risks, and delivery issues, and escalate with proposed recovery actions
- Prepare and maintain program trackers, KPI reports, dashboards, and management updates
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, SOPs, and best practices in program management
- For senior level, mentor junior team members and support team capability building
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / operations / program coordination senior level requires 5-8 years
- Experience in manufacturing workflows, production planning, and cross-functional coordination
- Familiar with customer order handling, material readiness, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
