Program Engineer

Job Description:

• Assist in planning, tracking, and executing programs and projects.
• Maintain and manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and documentation to ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to support smooth and efficient project execution.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies escalate concerns to the Manager/Director when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program processes, efficiency, and overall execution.
• Ensure all program-related documentation, records, and communications are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers and external parties
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in program or project coordination within semiconductor manufacturing or a related technical environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.
