Location: Central
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable / Permanent)
Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 basic + Commission (to be discussed during interview)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 7:30pm (based on roster)
Weekend Work: Event-dependent (e.g. Open House once every 2-3 months)
The Programme Consultant is responsible for driving student recruitment and programme sales by engaging prospective students and parents, managing sales leads, and executing recruitment initiatives. The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced education environment.
Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence
Implement sales strategies to achieve recruitment and business objectives.
Conduct regular market screening to understand consumer behaviour and buying motivations.
Monitor and report on competitor activities, industry trends, and relevant government initiatives.
Provide timely qualitative and quantitative feedback on marketing and recruitment campaigns.
Maintain an up-to-date and professional sales kit for assigned programmes.
Provide accurate, professional advice to prospective students and parents.
Establish first contact and conduct timely follow-ups in accordance with Lead Management guidelines.
Monitor and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare and submit weekly lead generation and recruitment reports.
Execute recruitment and awareness activities (e.g. education fairs, open houses, outreach events).
Provide support during company and partner events.
Build and maintain strong service relationships with new and existing students to meet recruitment targets.
Act as a covering officer during colleagues absence when required.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2-7 years of proven sales experience (mandatory).
Demonstrated track record of consistent sales achievement.
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Professional image with a customer-centric mindset.
Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of prospective customers across different programme levels.
Willing to work shift hours between 8:30am and 7:30pm (based on roster).
Willing to work weekends for recruitment events such as open houses (approximately once every 2-3 months).
