Program Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide information on the academic programs available.
• Drive enrolment for part time and full time academic programs.
• Follow up on leads, course application, enrolments and payment via phone, email and social media platform.
• Work alongside with the management to achieve individual and overall tea, enrolment target
• Participate in roadshows, career fairs and program previews
• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or HOD.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in education sales or consulting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Passion for the education industry, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Skilled in customer relationship management
