Expectations of the Role:
Project Management
- Lead both pre-sales solutioning and post-sales implementation
Program Management
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Program Specialists
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional Hub clients
Pre-Sales Support
- Support the Director, Commercial & Program Team during RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and compile response documents
Project Execution
- Manage assigned projects in accordance with PMP® methodology and framework
- Customer-focused: implementation of newly secured contact logistics business
- Internal: Client-related initiatives
- New product development: Creation of new service offerings
- Other projects as assigned by the Director, Business Development
Program Leadership
- Lead the team in managing Regional Hub client programs effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop a high-performance team culture focused on collaboration and trust
Business & Operations Performance
- Monitor financial performance of assigned programs
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling additional services
- Lead business and operations review meetings with clients
- Collaborate with clients on new initiatives and address operational gaps
Customer Service
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver proactive and high-quality communication to clients
Operations Management
- Monitor and review clients KPIs
- Work with Logistics, Production, and Quality teams to address performance gaps and meet service levels
Order Fulfilment
- Oversee Program Specialists to ensure timely and accurate order processing
Billing
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for all services rendered
Contract and Rates
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define service offerings, rates, and service levels
- Ensure all agreements are accurately documented in contracts
Continuous Improvement
- Strengthen Program Management processes
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements with cross-functional teams
Additional Projects
- Participate in projects assigned by the Director, Commercial & Program Management as required
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or Engineering-related disciplines (preferably industrial engineering)
- Proven experience in project management, business solutions, or operations within 3PL service provider environment
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory or management experience in operations
- Working Knowledge of SAP is preferred
