We are looking at recruiting a Program Advisor for our Singapore centre.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure seamless daily operations
- Assist in processing applications, preparing all enrollment documents, student reports and administrative reports
- Handle lesson scheduling for students and instructors
- Handle customer inquiries and provide tailor made lesson plan as a consultant
- Deliver exceptional service to high-profile clients, ensuring all interactions reflect our professional standards
- Assist in preparing learning materials
- Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Center Director.
Role Requirement:
- 1-2 years working experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, outgoing, and willing to learn.
- Diploma holder or equivalent
- Able to work shifts and on weekends
- Singapore citizens and PR holders
