- Position : Professional Engineer (Landed Residential)
- Location : Singapore
- Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm & Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $13, 000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Medical Claims

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead civil & structural design and analysis for landed houses (safe, durable, buildable, cost-effective).
- Act as QP (Structural): prepare, endorse, and submit structural plans/calculations to BCA for approvals.
- Conduct site inspections / supervision to ensure works comply with approved plans, geotechnical reports, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Architect (QP), contractors, and M&E consultants to resolve technical clashes and optimize solutions.
- Identify structural / geotechnical risks and propose mitigation measures to avoid delays or hazards.
- Issue required certifications (e.g., TOP/CSC) and endorse as-built drawings upon completion.
- Provide on-site engineering solutions for unforeseen conditions (e.g., soil issues, underpinning, retaining walls).
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure in landed residential projects A&A works preferred.
- Proficient with structural software (e.g., ETABS / Prokon / equivalent).
- Strong understanding of geotechnical considerations for landed properties.
