Lead and manage sales operations by setting strategic goals, organizing resources, recruiting and developing talent, and driving team performance to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Set clear, strategic sales goals aligned with the company's vision and translate them into actionable objectives for the team
• Allocate financial, material, and human resources effectively to implement sales plans and define clear roles within the team
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees to build a skilled sales workforce capable of meeting targets
• Guide, motivate, and inspire team members by setting a positive example and fostering a collaborative work culture
• Monitor individual and team performance against standards, take corrective actions, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
• Manage talent acquisition and oversee onboarding to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company culture
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recognition to support employee growth and engagement
• Mentor and coach team members to develop skills, overcome challenges, and advance their careers
• Mediate and resolve conflicts between team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Create and sustain a motivating work culture through incentives, rewards, and employee recognition programs
• Develop and manage employee work schedules and approve leave requests to ensure adequate staffing
• Complete and process administrative paperwork related to hiring, budget tracking, and performance management
• Develop and oversee departmental budgets, tracking daily expenses to maintain financial control

• May require work on public holidays, Sundays, or after 5pm as needed
