Job Summary

Support daily food production by preparing ingredients, operating equipment, and maintaining product quality, cleanliness and hygiene in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients according to standard procedures.
Operate cooking and production equipment safely as instructed.
Weigh, process, pack and label food products.
Check raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas and equipment.
Follow food safety requirements, including BRCGS, SFA and company procedures.
Report any production or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
Work together with team members to complete daily production tasks.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

Experience in food production is an advantage but not required training will be provided.
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Able to work in a food production environment.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
