Job Summary
You will perform manufacturing operations including setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Set up manufacturing equipment and tools to prepare for production runs according to specifications
- Calibrate machinery and instruments to maintain accuracy and consistency in manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with engineers to determine and develop methods and procedures to optimize and control manufacturing processes
- Conduct quality testing on parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to verify compliance with specifications
- Participate in abnormality detection to identify and resolve issues in production processes promptly
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work comfortably in a cleanroom environment
- Flexibility to work shift hours
- 12-MONTH CONTRACT (Subject to conversion to permanent/contract renewal)
- LOCATION: KALLANG SECTOR
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Nitec certification (applicants without prior experience are welcome)
