Production Technician

Position Summary:

Detailoriented Production Technician with strong handson experience in manufacturing operations, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and quality control. Skilled in monitoring production processes, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring smooth workflow to meet daily output targets. Adeptat following safety standards, interpreting technical documentation, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to improve efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand, perform and record task performed in accordance with Quality Management Documents and Customer Documents

• Handle customer products from receipt to delivery. Includes receiving, inspections, preparation for sterilization, sterilization, testing, aeration, and loading into a container or truck.

• Monitor raw materials and service required

• Suggest ideas for continual improvement

• Any other task as assigned by Production Supervisor and or Production Manager

Specific Work Requirements/Preference/Skills:

• Relevant working experience in manufacturing or service sector
• No color blind
• Forklift driving license
• Able to perform simple calculation
• Attention to details
• Team player / Cooperation
• Time management
• Flexible / Adaptability
• Able to read and understand simple English
• Able to work in a 12-hour rotating shift
• Able to work on weekends
• Minimum NITEC level and above
