Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate the polishing machine effectively. Record daily output data and submit reports to the designated leader. Attend daily morning briefings and provide feedback on production issues. Communicate with team members regarding production-related matters during handover periods. Conduct warm-up activities for machines, as applicable. Report any non-conforming parts, technical issues, or machine malfunctions during processing. Inform the leader about any scrap or technical challenges faced during operations. Ensure optimal utilization of machines at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum education requirement of O Levels, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics), or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in a production environment. Competence in machine setup and troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to perform shift work as required.
