Working location: West
Working hours: 7pm to 7am, or 7am to 7pm (4 days per week from Monday to Thursday, 12 hours Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Precision Spring machines according to the production schedule, quantity requirements and work instructions.
Perform machine programming, tooling setup and material coil changes, ensuring materials are properly scanned and recorded.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues, including arbor/cutter burrs, and work with QA to qualify machine setups and work-in-progress.
Conduct daily machine inspections and maintain accurate production records, including machine timesheets, utilization and reject reports.
Manage production materials by checking material availability, requisitioning materials, closing production orders and returning unused materials.
Follow production specifications, customer requirements and safety procedures, including proper lubrication, packaging, lot size and required PPE.

Job Requirements:

Possess minimum GCE N Level / Nitec in any Engineering or relevant qualification.
Ability to handle Precision Spring machine. (Preferred to have minimum 1-2 year experience with the Itaya machine).
