Job Summary

You will assist in producing custom-made orthotics and shoe insoles through hands-on manufacturing, machinery operation, and detailed finishing work. Training is provided no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

Manufacture custom-made orthotics, shoe inserts, and insoles that meet quality standards
Process raw materials into finished orthotic products efficiently and accurately
Operate sanding and grinding equipment to shape and finish plastic materials with precision
Cut, shape, select, and glue orthotic components for accurate assembly
Perform finishing and assembly tasks to ensure products meet required specifications
Maintain and monitor raw materials and production inventory to support continuous workflow
Keep the production and work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
Assist with additional insole and orthotic production tasks as assigned
Complete other ad-hoc duties promptly and responsibly

Required competencies and certifications

Communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
Manage time and organize tasks to meet production deadlines efficiently
Work independently while following detailed instructions carefully
Demonstrate self-motivation and responsibility to maintain productivity and quality standards
Perform hands-on production work and operate machinery safely after training
Apply strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy
