Production Technician
Job Overview: The candidate will assist in execution of manufacturing processes within the company, as part of the overall manufacturing work flow. Under the guidance of the company Engineers, the Production Technician is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing systems are running productively and that fabrication tasks are on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Execution
Execute process, and take responsibility for ensuring good manufacturing practice is observed
2. Tool & ProcessDocumentation
Log all system & tool errors. Assist in drafting of error reports for analysis/troubleshooting
Assist in maintenance of accurate and up-to-date documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- ITE Diploma in Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering/Maintenance, or similarly relevant discipline. alternatively, High School Diploma with 2 years experience as manufacturing technician.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Training Provided:
Training to include a combination of hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of Enlitho's manufacturing process. The breakdown is as follows:
- Orientation and Company Policies
Introduction to the company's mission, values, and organisational structure.
Overview of safety protocols, workplace regulations, and company policies.
- Product and Process Familiarisation
Tutelage on the company's core products and the manufacturing processes involved. Detailed training on tool utilisation, troubleshooting and process know-how.
Exposure to different stages of the production line to build general familiarity with various types of equipment/machinery
- Mentorship
Pairing with experienced engineers who will serve as mentors.
- Quality Control and Assurance
Training on quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and adherence to quality standards.
- Safety and Compliance Training
Training on safety protocols, equipment handling, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
