Job Summary
Operate and support surface treatment and precision engineering manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficient production flow in a safety-compliant environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor e-coating, painting, leak testing, and laser engraving processes according to work instructions and safety standards to maintain product quality
- Assist with chemical and bath preparation, perform testing and analysis to support process accuracy and compliance
- Conduct in-process inspections and record process parameters to ensure traceability and quality control
- Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize production downtime and maintain process stability
- Maintain accurate records of process parameters and product traceability for quality assurance
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support smooth operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following housekeeping and safety compliance requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in surface treatment (e-coating/painting) or precision engineering manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of chemical mixing, calculations, and analytical testing to support process tasks
- Familiarity with coating quality requirements and inspection methods
- Holding an N3 license is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts if required
