Role:
The Production Technician is responsible for the achievements of the department, which includes quality assurances, productivity, work improvements, are within the defined processes. The incumbent is also responsible for the equipment, tools and facilities in the Electroform work area.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all electroforming production.
- Operating, tracking experiments using equipment to ensure products meet the quality, production, cost, and performance standards
- Assist Chemist in development projects
- Manage compliance with ISO, environmental, lab management safety & health regulation and rules at all time including with handling all chemicals and necessary precautions/preventive measures in place to reduce risk.
- Any other additional duties assigned by manager, when necessary
Requirements:
- At least NITEC / Higher NITEC in Chemical / Science / Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields
- Preferably possess 1 year of experience in production environment and work processes
- Able to work in a chemical production environment
- Team player & strong communication
- Takes initiative
- Good Understanding of safe working practice
- Able to work rotating shifts
