Job Description

Safely and efficiently operate chemical processing equipment to meet daily production, quality, and productivity goals.
Enforce zero tolerance safety policies and use Stop Work Authority to escalate any procedural deviations or abnormalities.
Serve as an active member of the Emergency Response Team, which includes qualifying for and wearing a full-face respirator.
Monitor production parameters and perform routine checks to ensure equipment reliability and process stability.
Execute the assembly, disassembly, and basic maintenance of production equipment during process changeovers.
Operate and troubleshoot analytical equipment to conduct in-process testing and final product validation.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure they reflect actual manufacturing practices.
Complete all assigned training and qualifications to ensure you are certified for every task performed.
Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize daily tasks and meet plant-wide strategic objectives.

What are we looking for
Education :
Minimum Nitec in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent for fresh graduates.
Work Experience :
1-3 years experience in process, production, or project engineering, preferably within high purity specialty chemicals, food, nuclear, semiconductor or pharmaceutical plant operations.
