Production Technician (4-Day Work Week)

Salary: $2,500 - $3,300 base (commensurate with experience) + night shift allowance up to $25 per shift. Overtime and performance bonuses available.

We are looking for hands-on individuals to join our manufacturing team. If you value a stable schedule with built-in breaks and a clean work environment, this might be the right fit.

We offer shift structures to suit different lifestyles: a 4-day work week (12-hour shifts) or traditional 5/6-day schedules. Shifts run from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM, including a one-hour meal break and two paid 15-minute rest breaks.

What you'll do:

• Run the equipment: Operate and monitor automated production lines. You'll be the one keeping things running smoothly and troubleshooting minor issues before they become problems.

• Check the quality: Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet our standards. It's about having a good eye for detail and catching anything that looks off.

• Keep it accurate: Record production data as you go and speak up if numbers don't add up or if something seems out of place.

• Own your space: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Safety isn't just a rule here it's how we make sure everyone goes home the way they came in.

• Stability: 13th-month AWS and a performance bonus (typically 1-2 months of salary).

• Predictable pay: Overtime is available but not forced.
