Job scope:
- To compound raw materials for Fragrances, Cosmetic Ingredients and Mint Products for Oral Care in accordance to work order with minimal supervision and wastage.
- To replenish raw materials and maintain at optimal level for production usage Internal
- To perform automated dosing machine and electronic weighing scale operations in a safe manner
- To execute basic troubleshooting if required.
- To operate mechanical pumps and diaphragm pumps during production process and in transferring to respective drums
- To perform cleaning for respective drums to prepare for packing process
- To be trained to operate electric stackers and pallet jacks to transport materials to warehouse
- To document and record packed drums and yield gains and losses.
- To perform production process in PPE and in accordance to work instruction and standard operation procedure.
