Production Team Lead (chemical)

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and oversee the operational team, ensuring that performance targets and quality standards are consistently met.
• Performance Management: Conduct member performance appraisals, handle hiring and training processes, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.
• Lead the team in investigations, troubleshooting and problem solving of incidents and abnormal observations
• Manage manpower administration, workflow scheduling and communication
• Lead in effective shift briefings and ensure key management objectives are communicated in a timely manner
• Cross Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other team

Requirement:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant terminal operations experience in similar industry
• At least 3 years experience as a Team Coordinator
• Wealth of hands-on knowledge of terminal operations and in depth site-specific knowledge
