Production Support

Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Support professional to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing our production systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement system improvements and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address system outages and incidents.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-15 years of experience in production support or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk) and incident management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
