Production Support Analyst

. 3-6 years of experience in Production Support.

. Prior experience in Banking / Financial Services domain is required

. Strong SQL skills (query writing, troubleshooting, performance analysis).

. Hands-on experience in .NET / VB and Java application support.

. Experience working on Red Hat Linux servers.

. Proficiency in Shell scripting.

. Exposure to OpenShift or container platforms.

. Experience handling incidents in a high-availability production environment.
