Job Role:-Production Support Analyst
Job Location:- Singapore

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Provide application and production support for enterprise systems.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using observability and monitoring tools.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL practices.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and databases.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend support when required.
Skills & Technical Competencies:-
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
- Knowledge of Full Stack Java development.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra, and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk).
- Strong Unix/Linux and Shell/Bash scripting skills.
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot production issues.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, application support, or Tier 2+ production support roles.
- Experience working in production support environments with defined SLAs.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to support operational requirements, including on-call duties.
