Job Description

Job Role:-Production Support Analyst

Job Location:- Singapore

Experience:-5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Provide application and production support for enterprise systems.
  • Monitor applications and infrastructure using observability and monitoring tools.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL practices.
  • Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL and databases.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend support when required.

Skills & Technical Competencies:-

  • Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Full Stack Java development.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra, and PL/SQL.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
  • Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk).
  • Strong Unix/Linux and Shell/Bash scripting skills.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, application support, or Tier 2+ production support roles.
  • Experience working in production support environments with defined SLAs.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to support operational requirements, including on-call duties.
