Food Production Supervisor

• Must possess knowledge of factory food processing procedures, including cooked food preparation, frozen meal production, marinating, and food preservation.
• Minimum three years of relevant working experience in a similar role is required.
• Required to work permanent night shifts.
• Must possess knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be familiar with inventory management, stock checking, and proper storage procedures.
• Must have good time management skills to ensure smooth operational flow from factory production to outlet distribution.
• Required to work in cold-room environments with appropriate protective gear provided.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge for machinery maintenance and minor repairs would be an advantage, though not mandatory.
