Production Supervisor

Job Description:

• Able to lead, train and coach team member
• Able to manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
• Able willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product
• Able to handle cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
• You have to be responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
• Able to create, maintain and update the SAP system
• ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
• You have to be responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
• Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
• Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Job Requirements:

• You must have a Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
• You must have at least 3-5 years manufacturing work experience required
• Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
• You must be willing to learn new things and hands on
• You must have an excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
• Computer literate

Other information:

• Working days: 5.5 days work week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm
