Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, manage production workers, and ensure efficient production, quality control, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise daily factory operations, including cutting, fabrication, polishing, and production activities.

. Plan production schedules and arrange manpower to meet project deadlines.

. Monitor production progress, productivity, and work man ship quality.

. Coordinate with Project and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

. Supervise, guide, and train production workers.

. Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained.

. Enforce workplace safety standards and factory procedures.

. Resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.

. Provide daily production updates to Management.

Job Requirements

. Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related production.

. Experience in solid surface, fabrication, or interior fit-out industries will be an advantage.

. Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

. Strong leadership, manpower planning, and problem-solving skills.

. Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.

. Good communication and coordination skills.

. Mandarin communication skills are required for coordination with Chinese-speaking workers and suppliers.
