Production Supervisor

• Production Scheduling & Operations: Directs daily manufacturing activities to meet schedules, quality standards, and output targets.
• Team Leadership: Supervises, trains, coaches, and evaluates production staff to achieve team goals and ensure safe, efficient work.
• Quality Control & Safety: Ensures compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, PPE) and quality standards (e.g., ISO, SOPs).
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Coordinates with engineering/maintenance teams to address machinery downtime, bottlenecks, and technical issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintains records, including production reports, inventory levels, and downtime logs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifies opportunities to implement, or contributes to, lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or, 5S initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Min 3 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Education: Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Production Management Software (e.g., ERP, SAP) and knowledge of machinery controls.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and time-management abilities.
