Production Supervisor / Production Technician (5 days work week, Manufacturing)

A leading Singapore-based Health & Beauty contract manufacturer specializing in premium skincare and personal care products is looking for Production Supervisor/Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to meet targets while ensuring compliance with GMP and QC standards.
• Maintain accurate GMP documentation and ensure allfinished goods meet quality specifications before release.
• Optimize productivity by minimizing labour and material wastage and driving continuous improvement across filling and packing lines.
• Plan and manage production schedules, work orders (ERP),and rolling forecasts, with regular progress updates.
• Investigate production issues and customer complaints,implementing effective corrective actions.
• Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, and basicmaintenance, while supporting blending and QC activities as needed.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma minimum
• Experience in basic equipment/machinery troubleshooting
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
