Job Description
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure timely delivery and top-quality output
- Monitor safety, discipline, and 6S practices on the production floor
- Lead and motivate assemblers and team leaders to meet performance targets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Support company programs and foster a culture of safety and accountability
The Successful Applicant
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 6S and quality systems (e.g., ISO13485, GMP)
