Job Summary

You will supervise Operators on a permanent night shift, managing production activities to achieve goals in efficiency, quality, and cost while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet efficiency and quality standards
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing to achieve production targets
• Apply lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S, to optimize workflow and reduce waste
• Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Specialists to promote teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Coach and develop team members to enhance skills, performance, and discipline
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Willingness to perform permanent night shift (essential for role)
• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (essential for effective team leadership)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines
