Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, NSF, FSSC 22000 and all relevant regulatory, safety and operational standards in Singapore.
Implement and enforce factory SOPs and work procedures to maintain production quality and efficiency.
Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Monitor machine operations and production processes troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Work closely with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to meet production goals.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily or weekly reports.
Lead, train, and manage production staff provide guidance and performance feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Supervisor in a factory environment, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, mechanical or health supplement industry.
Strong knowledge of production processes, factory compliance standards, and safety regulations.
Hands-on experience with machinery operation and manufacturing workflows.
Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin - both written and spoken good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
