Production Supervisor

Job Duties:

-Ensure and enforce all safety policies and procedures are adhered to, to ensure the well being of our employees.

-Ensure work meets quality standards by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

-Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.

-Communicate job expectations and plan, monitor, and appraise job results and employee performance.

-Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.

-Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.

-Assure the Production workforce maintains acceptable housekeeping practices for cleanliness and safety in accordance with industry norms and governmental standards.

-Keep accurate records of employees attendance and hours worked in accordance with policies.
