Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Organize and oversee daily production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, including shift management.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain quality control.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and troubleshoot machinery or production bottlenecks.
- Inventory & Reporting: Monitor raw materials/inventory levels and prepare performance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 3+ years in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing machinery, processes, and safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred associate degree with strong experience is often accepted.
