Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of machinists and operators to meet production goals and maintain a safe, productive work environment
Develop and implement production schedules, optimize workflow, and ensure timely completion of jobs while minimizing downtime
Oversee CNC turning and milling operations, ensuring precision and quality in machining processes.
Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Fanuc controls to meet design specifications.
Support and guide team members in operating manual milling machines and lathes for specialized tasks.
To assist or perform machining duties if require to meet Production schedule
Monitor production output to ensure compliance with quality standards, conducting inspections and addressing defects
Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance service requests as assigned are completed.
Develop, schedule and ensure all machine, equipment preventive maintenance program and certification are carried out as per local regulations.
Coordinate and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors for facility, machineries and equipment.
Ensure compliance to company QHSE policies and local regulation's at all time. Ensure all tasks are carried out safely.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Candidate without relevant Qualification or stated experience, but with relevant experience maybe consider
Proficient in CNC Turning Machinist operations, including setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC lathes.
Skilled in CNC Milling Machine operations, with experience in complex milling tasks and multi-axis machining.
Hands-on experience with Manual Milling and Lathe operations for precision machining.
Advanced knowledge of CNC Turning & Programming (Fanuc), including G-code and M-code programming, tool path optimization, and troubleshooting.
Production Planning & Workflow: Proven ability to develop production schedules, optimize workflows, and manage resources to meet deadlines.
Leadership: Strong supervisory skills with experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machining issues, optimize processes, and implement corrective actions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting to management. optimization, and troubleshooting.
