Production Supervisor (Electronics Manufacturing)

Our client is a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider supporting global customers across diverse industries. They are seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to lead production teams, ensure output targets are achieved, and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure manufacturing targets for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity are achieved.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams, including manpower planning, attendance management, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor production KPIs, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company, safety, and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, test, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and quality management systems.
• Experience with SMT, PCB assembly, box-build, or high-mix low-volume manufacturing is preferred.
