We are growing, and we are looking for a Production Specialist who wants to grow with us - supporting the agency's expansion across content production and brand storytelling work.

The Role

This role manages the production of mobile video, photography and digital content across a range of brands. You'll work closely with the creative team to shape ideas and turn them into well-executed shoots, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to final delivery.

You're a bit of a unicorn. You have an appetite for creativity but are also a stickler for the technical details. One eye on social media trends, the other on emerging video techniques and styles. You're a geek when it comes to your tools, with strong hands-on knowledge of video shooting, lighting, sound and editing, and the ability to use them well.

At the same time, you're comfortable organising shoots, sourcing locations and talents, and coordinating teams, equipment and studio resources to keep productions efficient, organised and running at a high standard. From setting up cameras and lighting to supporting edits and post-production workflows, you help ensure ideas translate into polished final content.

What We're Looking For

A degree or diploma in Film, Media Production, Communications or a related field.

At least 3 years experience managing video, photography or content productions in an agency, studio or production environment.

A native on social who can naturally spot what works, pick up emerging trends early, and bring those ideas to life through content.

Hands-on competence with video production - including camera operation, lighting setups, audio recording and basic directing on shoots.

Working knowledge of editing and post-production workflows, with experience in professional tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar editing software.

Strong organisational and producing skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate shoots end to end - including timelines, crews, locations, equipment and vendors.

Confident coordinating with creatives, suits, vendors and clients when required.

Able to collaborate closely with creative and client servicing teams to plan and execute shoots, and help the wider team become more confident with production setups.

Able to anticipate production challenges and resolve them quickly and practically.

A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to keep productions running smoothly under pressure, with awareness of emerging trends, tools and formats that can elevate production quality.
