Role Description

This part-time hybrid role is based in Singapore, allowing for a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. As a Production Specialist, you will oversee production tasks, including planning production schedules, ensuring quality control practices are adhered to, and managing day-to-day production operations. You will collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and assist in training team members to uphold production standards and meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning, ensuring timelines and resource allocations align with goals
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and conveying directions clearly
• Proficiency in Quality Control to maintain high standards of production output
• Knowledge in Production Management to oversee the workflow and improve efficiency
• Ability to provide Training to team members to develop their skills and maintain consistency
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with relevant production tools and software is advantageous
• Diploma or relevant qualifications in production, manufacturing, or related fields
