Production QC /Operator Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Inspection Execution:

   • Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products within the company in accordance with inspection standards and work instructions.

   • Inspection content primarily includes visual checks (e.g., scratches, color differences, burrs, dirt, etc.), dimensional measurements, and electrical performance testing.

   • Accurately record inspection data, and label and isolate qualified and non-conforming products accordingly.

2. Equipment Management:

   • Perform daily checks and maintenance of relevant instruments and equipment in the inspection area to ensure they remain in good working condition.

   • Assist in drafting or revising standard operating procedures (SOP) for inspection equipment and related maintenance guidance documents as needed.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Complete and update various inspection records and quality reports (e.g., daily and weekly reports).

   • Conduct preliminary statistical analysis and organization of inspection data to ensure the completeness and traceability of records.

4. Tool Usage:

   • Proficiently use various basic measuring tools to accurately measure the physical dimensions of products.

5. Other Duties:

   Maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the inspection area.

   Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

   Requirements:
   Singaporean and SPR
   Able to communicate with chinese-speaking colleagues.
