Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Track material status in Excel/ERP systems.
  • Convert approved requirements into Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Monitor missing parts list and flag shortages.
  • Follow up with suppliers and purchasing team on delivery dates.
  • Maintain purchasing records and update lead times/prices in system.
  • Support coordination between purchasing and production teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in banking, risk, compliance, audit, or operations.
  • Basic understanding of risk management or banking operations is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
