Responsibilities:
- Track material status in Excel/ERP systems.
- Convert approved requirements into Purchase Orders (PO).
- Monitor missing parts list and flag shortages.
- Follow up with suppliers and purchasing team on delivery dates.
- Maintain purchasing records and update lead times/prices in system.
- Support coordination between purchasing and production teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in banking, risk, compliance, audit, or operations.
- Basic understanding of risk management or banking operations is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
