We are looking for an experienced Production Project Manager with strong fabrication and workshop experience to manage the production and delivery of event and exhibition projects.
Manage event and exhibition fabrication projects from production planning to installation and handover
Coordinate with designers, fabrication workshop teams and suppliers to ensure production requirements are met
Oversee fabrication processes including carpentry, metalwork, structures and finishing works
Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality standards
Coordinate installation works and supervise site progress
Identify production issues and implement practical solutions
Minimum 10 years of experience in events or exhibition fabrication, interior fit-out or related industries
Strong fabrication workshop and production management experience
Familiar with common fabrication materials and production processes used in event and exhibition builds
Able to manage subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams
Able to communicate and work in Mandarin, as the role requires coordination with Mandarin-speaking colleagues, clients and suppliers
Good organisational and project coordination skills
