Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planning Executive to manage and optimize production schedules across multiple product lines. This role ensures the smooth flow of materials, timely order fulfillment, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production plans for assigned product lines.
- Ensure timely and sufficient material supply to support production schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer delivery requirements within reasonable lead times.
- Execute and monitor MRP runs following each planning cycle.
- Review and adjust planning parameters to optimize inventory levels and turnover.
- Track and ensure timely completion of work/job orders.
- Manage engineering changes with minimal material obsolescence.
- Prepare monthly reports on completion status.
- Support the annual physical inventory process.
- Analyze production delays and interruptions, adjusting schedules to meet deadlines.
- Participate in digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in production planning.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
