- Operational Efficiency
- Oversee the efficient running of manufacturing operations for SATS Food Services, 234 pandan loop
- Establish and review procedures and work process to meet operational changes and customer requirements
- Monitor process compliance and drive process improvements
- Plan, manage and control section to work effectively and efficiently
- Ensure GMPs in food plant & smooth operations.
2. Safety and Security
- Ensure a safe working improvement for all staff in the section.
- Oversee food & personal safety and security matters related to transportation and operation
3. People Development
- Ensure sufficient & proper OJT are being carry out to all staffs
- Monitor, evaluate and enhance staff performance, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and recognising achievements
- Inculcate good staff discipline, including implementing a fair but firm disciplinary measure when necessary
- Maintain and enhance positive workplace harmony and staff morale.
4. Control Operational Costs
- Monitor and control operating costs, including Overtime (OT) costs and transportation claims, while ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity
- Monitor & plan NE staffs duty schedule according to events and operational requirements.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with executives, employees and HODs of other departments to ensure maximum integrated operating effectiveness
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
Requirement
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing plant operations or a similar field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
- Ability to analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Possess good decision-making, problem solving and communication skills
- Team player with attention to detail and understanding of the bigger picture
- Provision of Microsoft skills.
