- Assist the manager in supervising production activities and managing work flow within the production area
- Schedule and coordinate work processes across departments to expedite production timelines
- Organize and manage meeting schedules and assign responsibilities for specific production tasks
- Generate detailed production reports and documentation to support operational transparency and decision-making
- Collaborate with relevant department teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Oversee maintenance management for all production machinery to minimize downtime
- Support day-to-day production operations to maintain consistent output quality and productivity
Requirements
- GCE A Level or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a production environment
- Demonstrated proactive, self-motivated work attitude with strong commitment to operational excellence
- Availability to start work immediately or within a short notice period
