Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job)
- Responsible to supports production operations through timesheet management, cost reporting, work order processing, material coordination, documentation control, and crossfunctional collaboration to ensure timely and efficient workflow
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and update employee timesheets accurately
- Prepare and maintain accurate labour and material cost reports for management utilisation
- Process, update, and track work orders to ensure smooth workflow and timely production planning.
- Create, review, and process purchase requisitions promptly, ensuring all material requirements are accurately submitted.
- Coordinate closely with project management, logistics, engineering, and purchasing teams to support production schedules.
- Prepare and consolidate reports for management review, including labor utilisation, work status, and material progress updates.
- Maintain proper filing of both hardcopy and digital documents, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal standards.
- Monitor material status for On-Time-Delivery (OTD) and ensure prompt issuance with accurate, timely updates in the system.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to production and prompt updates in the system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or ITE (Prefer Engineering background)
- Knowledge of MS Word, Power Point and MS Excel
- Experience in Infor LN ERP system is an advantage
