Production Planner

Join a dynamic team as an Input Planner, where you will play a vital role in optimizing production schedules and ensuring timely supply to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the production plan and daily input scheduling to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to simulate, adjust, and prepare the 4M (Man/Machine/Material/Method) in advance. Monitor and analyze production indices to enhance production efficiency and inventory control. Ensure the timely supply of materials by coordinating with internal stakeholders and the production division. Maintain optimum stock levels to satisfy customer delivery requests and manage supplier schedules based on submitted forecasts. Identify and implement improvements to business processes to enhance production continuity and minimize interruptions. Maintain the production control system for smooth and efficient operations. Foster a customer-driven and service-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL querying, and Power BI. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and VBA, along with familiarity with digital tools in supply chain management, is advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating independence and proactivity. Positive attitude in a challenging work environment, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
